Having read reviews on other sites about Chenet's cake, i sort of expected a swollen can and a tin note of dirty socks and/or rotten food etc. Tin note was more or less approximating the sweet ferment of properly made silage, i like it. Mine was about a year and a half old, dry enough to light and stay lit with only 1 relight. You can pick up some fruit when you sip the smoke lightly, makes good smoke. It's worth smoking on its own but it would make a great blending tobacco also. Already done it. Using black
