How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your recent Payless order by signing in and going to Your Account. Here you will find a list of your recent orders and their current status and tracking number if it has already been shipped out.
Can I cancel my order?
Before your order is shipped you may cancel your order by calling our customer service at 1-888-477-7405 with a complete refund of the transaction. If your order has already been shipped and has not been delivered yet, still contact our customer service and we will have the package returned to us and issue a refund once it is received back.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
Yes, please give our customer service a call at 1-888-477-7405, and we can change the shipping address. There may be an additional charge for changing the address if it has already been shipped.
How long will my package take to get to me?
We offer a variety of shipping methods that vary in length. Once your order is placed, we will pull, package, and ship it the same day, as long as it is within our designated times. UPS Ground will depend on distance. Here is a map of the estimated shipping time: www.ups.com/maps. USPS Priority Mail is an estimated 2-3 business days and is not a guaranteed time frame. We also offer UPS 2nd Day Air that is 2 business days from when the order is placed, and UPS Next Day Air that will arrive the next business day from when the order is placed.
What are your hours and what number can I call?
For customer service you can call 1-888-477-7405. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (EST); Saturday and Sunday – Closed. You can place an order online anytime.
Will I get a confirmation of my order?
When your order is placed you will get a confirmation detailing the items, cost, shipping address, and shipping method. Once your order has been shipped out, we will send you another confirmation with the tracking information for the order.

Does Payless Cigars and Pipes ship outside the US?
Sorry, at this time we do not. However we do ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and US Military and Diplomatic offices around the world.
