Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Perfecto cigar is the most shapely size in the 1999 collection, highlighting the talents of Rocky's Honduran-based factory where the cigars are rolled by hand. This 4" x 48 smoke quickly expands in ring gauge following the toasting process, bringing in an evolving profile as the ratio of wrapper/binder/filler changes.
