Rocky Patel Vintage 1999 Minis are even smaller and more portable cigars than their slightly larger "Juniors" siblings. The Minis are rolled in a 4¼" x 32 cigarillo size, allowing 10 cigars to be packaged in convenient/portable tins. This smoke is smooth and mild, delivering smoking sessions of roughly 10 to 15 minutes.
