Sometimes, a cigar's blend is so exquisite that fancy marketing and elaborate packaging would be a disservice to the cigar's integrity. Such is the case with the Rocky Patel Number 6, a Honduran-heavy blend that has simply been named for the original factory code used to identify the cigar's specific blend.
Rocky Patel has described Number 6 as being completely different than anything in the company's portfolio. The cigar begins with a Corojo wrapper grown in Honduras; this leaf is secured over a Honduran binder that was grown in the Jamastran Valley and fillers of Jamastran and Jalapa, Nicaragua. The end result is a deeply sweet character, delivered through a smooth and medium-bodied smoke.
Rocky Patel encourages cigar enthusiasts to strip away the excess and allow the complexities of well-aged and fermented tobacco to work its magic! Expect a soothing smoke and layers of natural sweetness on the palate, including highlight components of freshly cut cedar, natural florals, sweet cream, and butterscotch.
