Following 2020's wildly successful Punch Knuckle Buster cigar, which takes its name from a basketball expression (describing a no-holds-barred, throw-down game), the line has expanded to include a maduro variant: Punch Knuckle Buster Maduro cigar.
Aside from the name and branding, the maduro shares the bang-for-your-buck mentality of the original, providing flavor, strength, and balance in at affordable price. The cigar's recipe is fairly different from its predecessor, boasting a dark Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, Indonesian binder, and all-Nicaraguan fillers.
What does the Punch Knuckle Buster Maduro Gordo cigar taste like?
Rolled out of the same Honduran-based HATSA factory as the original, the Punch Knuckle Buster Maduro Gordo cigar has body and flavor in spades. The cigar is rolled in a commanding 6" x 60 gordo format, allowing for a smooth draw, long smoking time, and flavors of earth, roasted nuts, classic leather, and baker's cocoa.
