Partagas, one of the oldest names in the world of premium cigars, showcases a different side of the brand with Partagas Black Label. Differing from the Habano and Cameroon wrappers traditionally found on Partagas cigars, Partagas Black Label debuts one of the darkest, grittiest, oiliest wrappers you’ll ever lay eyes on!
Like many cigars in the Partagas lineup, the Black Label makes good use of proprietary tobaccos, offering a unique experience for the cigar enthusiast. The blend begins with a proprietary, dark and oily Connecticut Medio Tiempo wrapper leaf. The cigar’s binder is La Vega Especial from the Dominican Republic and an intense filler recipe utilizes Nicaraguan ligero and Dominican Piloto Cubano ligero (ligero being the highest and strongest leaf priming).
It’s not often you’ll find a unique smoking experience with heavy-hitting flavors and strength to back it up—all at a price that’s affordable enough to stock the humidor… but Partagas Black Label is just that! Flavors are sweet with notes of cocoa, stone fruit, cedar, and black licorice, contrasted by bitter qualities of coffee bean and charred oak—a pleasant balance that will keep you coming back.
