Padrón Family Reserve No. 45 Natural was released in 2009, made to commemorate the company's impressive 45th anniversary. These toros include 10-year-aged tobaccos, delivering a long smoking time (1 hour, 45 minutes) and complex transitions throughout, including notes of baker's cocoa, freshly cut cedar, cabinet spices, coffee beans, and aged tobacco.

Padrón Family Reserve No. 45 Natural was ranked as Cigar Aficionado's No. 4 Cigar of the Year in 2010.
