Oliva Serie V Maduro Especial features the same high-priming all-Nicaraguan binder/fillers as the traditional Oliva Serie V. But the two cigars (logically) differ in the wrapper department, with Oliva replacing the Ecuadorian leaf of the original with a hearty Mexican San Andrés maduro leaf. This translates to a medium-full intensity, offering classic Nicaraguan spice and earth, joined by complexities of freshly roasted coffee beans, hickory, candied nuts, and rich cocoa.
