When the original Nat Sherman Timeless Dominican cigar was introduced, it quickly became a sensation in the craft cigar community, earning critical acclaim and awards. Therefore, it didn’t take long before Nat Sherman followed the Timeless Dominican with an edgier Nicaraguan counterpart!
Nat Sherman Timeless Supreme was released in 2012, using a Nicaraguan puro blend and partnering with the legendary Plasencia family for production. Where the original Dominican blend focuses on finesse and nuanced, aromatic characteristics, the Timeless Nicargua is a bit more bold. The cigars are differentiated by a box-pressing on the Nicaraguan cigars (vs a traditional parejo shape for the Dominican blend), as well as a red color scheme for the Timeless Dominican and a black color scheme for the Timeless Nicaragua.
Timeless Supreme offers a medium-plus body and easily-enjoyed flavors of cocoa, sweet chocolate, charred oak, stone fruit, and a touch of black pepper. Nat Sherman Timeless Supreme received an impressive, “92” rating from Cigar Aficionado, as well as the #21 spot on the magazine’s Top 25 Cigars of 2015 awards.
