Over the years, Kristoff Cigars has released special projects under their Signature Series collection, being themed around the company's figureheads such as owner Glen Case or vice president of sales Jarrid Trudeau.
The latter materialized in 2019 as the Kristoff JT Signature Series cigar, with the "JT" representing Jarrid's initials. This special smoke arrived with a unique sales strategy, requiring retailers to first host a Kristoff-themed event with Jarrid in order to carry the cigars on an ongoing basis.
What does the Kristoff JT Signature Series Box-Pressed Toro cigar taste like?
The Kristoff JT Signature Series cigar arrived in a single 6¼" x 54 toro extra format, being one of the only box-pressed cigars from Kristoff. Rolled out of a boutique factory in the DR, the Kristoff JT Signature Series cigar uses an Ecuadorian HVA wrapper over a Sumatra binder and fillers from Mexico (San Andrés) and the Dominican Republic. This makes for a medium-full intensity, offering complex nuances of cedar, nutmeg, graham cracker, and peppered toast.
