Since 2017, it has become an annual tradition for J.C. Newman to craft a limited version of its fan-favorite Brick House cigar brand to coincide with the Oktoberfest celebrations throughout the fall season. In 2022, this limited offshoot series celebrated its fifth anniversary, with the Tampa-based manufacturer releasing 1,500 boxes of the Brick House Bricktoberfest 2022 cigar.
Brick House Bricktoberfest 2022 features a similar yet tweaked version of the core Brick House cigar blend, which includes all-Nicaraguan tobaccos from the country's Estelí, Jalapa, and Condega regions, being topped with a Nicaraguan Jalapa wrapper. Additionally, the cigars set themselves apart with commemorative packaging and a foot band that displays the "Bricktoberfest 2022 Fifth Anniversary" graphics.
What does the Brick House Bricktoberfest 2022 cigar taste like?
The packaging isn't the only thing to set the cigar apart, as the 6" x 52 toro also showcases a more intricate pigtail cap than its traditional Brick House siblings. This cigar is medium-plus to medium-full in body, brilliantly capturing the fall atmosphere with crisp, lightly spicy nuances of allspice, nutmeg, toasted bread, subtle leather, and touches of caramel sweetness.
